I just wanna say to the ppl that can’t kick flip, When I couldn’t I thought it was literally impossible. I just thought I would be able to do all these tricks and just not a kick flip. Anyway, don’t give up with the kick flip, it’s probably the hardest trick to learn for the first time. It takes maybe a week but you’ll get it. You can also try watching an inspirational video, I remember watching a video by mike Foyd I think his name was but he had never skated before and he learnt an Ollie on like two days and a kick flip in a week. So that made me think, omg he’s been skating for only a week and he can. I’ve been skating for a whole two months and I can’t. I went in my backyard and I just kept trying to kick flip for at least an hour and I got it that night. So please please please keep trying with your kickflip.

Yes, another kickflip tutorial! I am not sarcastic. I have waited for this. One of these days, I will watch a tutorial that explains what the hell I am doing wrong with my kickflips. Don't get me wrong, I am all for going out and skating and learning tricks without the use of tutorials, but I have practiced kickflips for soo long and they still suck. I just landed my first kick flip today and I’m so thankful for your tutorial it really helped me a lot especially seeing the trick in slow mo and a little tip that was a major breakthrough for me was to not keep my front foot so far back my “sweet spot” for my front foot is right behind or on the first set of bolts. Another thing that helped me was the skater trainers.

I guess you have to do your tricks every day to keep that muscle memory. Especially when you learn something new. I try to find somewhere dry to practice for a little while when it rains or snows. And during the freezing winter, I still skate. When the weather or temperature is unreasonable I still try to get a half an hour in at least.

Man Thank You So Much For Making This Video. I am now 45 years old and sadly hardly skate anymore. I used to skate a lot when I was 12-16 but I never learned to properly kickflip. My oldest son has recently shown interest in learning to skateboard but I’m horrible at showing him some stuff mostly because I’m not in tune anymore with balance. When I flick my foot and the board flips I can't bring my foot back to land. It always falls at the ground and I ONLY land with the back foot. I think Heelflips are 1 million times easier than Kickflips

@@boogienation626 I have the same problem, the name of this problem is flicking down. You have to try to land with your front foot only. Never land with your back foot only. And yes heelip is much easier
