servers are only somewhat bad in PW depending on player count and other factors. Everything else runs great.

Having no PvE content, moving to a server just to do the same content again where people grief you no matter what is bs and not having anything new to do is boring. The lootcrates are predatory and the fact that you can buy outfits but be limited to only 1/2 of what is available isn't fair. AND the fact this lootcrate is 2x the price is a joke. It is a struggle to find the motivation to login.

Sounds like you just shouldnt log in for a while if you feel like that. From one that does not overly care about the outfits and cosmetics, I dont really see an issue in having "low tier" skins that you can buy for a set amount of money and then the gacha stuff for people with the money to spare. I mean the % of the drops are there in plain text. New PVE content, we have had a few things added, nothing major on that I agree. But maybe we expect too much if we want completely new map content released only 2,5 months after release? If bored try the new PVP scenario, it does indeed have its flaws but its something new at least for me who only played Manibus (Novice) and Manibus (hard) so far.

Been playing since the very first time we could (alpha, beta, etc.), and I've poured hundreds and hundreds of hours into this game. It used to be such an engaging experience, but recently I've hit a wall and just can't bring myself to play anymore. The constant repeating of everything-whether you call them scenarios or seasons or whatever-has me feeling like I'm stuck in a never-ending loop of boredom! Hard servers? Honestly, they’re a joke! They don't offer any real challenge anymore! I remember when jumping into a hard server actually meant something, when you had to think strategically and really push your skills. Now it feels like a walk in the park. The thrill is gone, and grinding out a new character just to hit max level in less than a week? That’s way too easy! What happened to the sense of accomplishment? And let’s talk about the greed with the loot boxes. It’s absolutely ridiculous! It’s like they’re more focused on milking players for cash than actually creating a balanced and enjoyable gaming experience. They decided to roll out the PVP season before even addressing PVE? How does that make any sense? It’s just mind-blowing to me! On top of all this, can we please address the lag issues and server stability? It’s embarrassing! I can’t count how many times I’ve been in the middle of an intense moment, only for the game to stutter or drop. If you can't even provide a stable environment, how can you expect players to enjoy the content, let alone the challenges? Frustration with lag is adding fuel to the fire of my overall dissatisfaction! I want to enjoy the game again, but right now, it feels more like a chore than a source of fun. Great video though; you nailed everything I’m feeling! I just hope the developers take some time to really listen to this feedback and make the necessary changes before they lose even more dedicated players like myself. The sad thing too is how they consider a server "hard" is to add mobs that are super bullet spongy, aka Super Anomaly Regen, that are more frustrating than 50. Emptying 2000 SMG rounds into a monster only for it to have a shield and regen back to full health while the server is lagging and not registering hits feels like being cheated upon really.

I love Once Human, I've played it almost constantly since launch, but it's got a lot of issues. The 6 week "seasons" are one, and there's just generally a lack of content. As is now, you finish all the story stuff and then do... nothing. For a few weeks. I don't care for Prime War, I don't care to be forced into multiplayer sessions for stupid bosses for what is largely a solo game. So I do not repeat any of the level 60 crap, so far this "season" I haven't even attempted it. I don't care to. It's not going to fill the content gap. These are also issues, but as you've said in the last couple of videos, the $300 gacha is obscene and now $600 for a dumb car is even worse. I have bought both "battle" passes, and I have bought a couple of outfits. I am not against spending money, in fact I like to spend a bit on games I am really enjoying. But the monetization is horrid, especially with a lack of content, and general server and game issues. I'm very excited for the scenario of next season, and I sincerely hope they fix this gap of having no content for WEEKS, but even if it is fixed, it most likely won't bring a lot of the players back who left because of various issues, lack of content, and obscene monetization. This is truly an incredible game, but Unless they sort this sh*t out first, the game isn't going to be around for much longer. And yes, the battle passes need to line up with seasons, this new schedule is really bad, and they either need to cut this season short or extend it (like last season) so it lines up with the end of this pass. There's a problem with the season ending when the pass is only a third of the way through its total duration. or maybe they need to just lower the xp rate, and add more levels. I dunno. I like the 60 level passes, nice change from the 200 level Fortnite battle passes. Great video.

Gamers expecting games to last so long , ESPECIALLY FREE ONES, is ridiculous to me. "The monetization is horrid" , no.. No. League of legends is now charging 600$+ for a SINGLE SKIN, would people even think of the monetization in that game? No cause no one cares, go get good and beat some players up lol. Same thing here, we've seen BEAUTIFUL homes and had f2p fashion wars with 0 paid cosmetics lmao. When the game is not p2w and f2p, that's a blessing. Getting hundreds of hours of playtime for Free and CHOOSING to spend money is just that, a choice. Mmos survive the same way, and they're actually p2w in most cases but people come back to just play the content updates then go play one of the thousand other games until new content drops. As long as you're enjoying what you play, that's what matters. This game has very real issues (servers, cheaters, etc) but content and monetization are not it.

When you feel like gambling for cosmetics in this game, go try rolling the dice on the disassembly bench in the game first, roll a few times then you know how bad the rng is and then you will wake up. SERIOUSLY. Dont gamble just buy what you want in the cash shop with a price tag on it, you can buyout the whole shop and still spending less than gambling for this car.

No wonder the number of players is decreasing. Micro stutters haven't been fixed for weeks/months. Instead you get overpriced skin packs. It's a waste of money. Because they don't add any value like in CS-go. You pay $600 for a car that a minute later isn't even worth $10. And in 1-2 weeks it won't be interesting anymore because there will be new skin packs anyway. Instead, performance should be improved. Watch out for micro stutters and lags. it is sadly to have crazy laggs sometimes , with a 7800x3d and a 7900xtx . And for players who have families and have to go to work, the game isn't really interesting either, because it's hard to get things and the seasons are far too short. Which in my opinion is another reason why the number of players is going down.

i agree with you, i hate the short seasons and the lack of fun the game has to offer. Its all about being online all the time and being temped by weird looking cosmetics and skins. I have to say i i do love the build items but who in gods name has the cash for all the content the spill out. I fear this game is just a cash grab. Make a good game people like then push out all the shop items a game can handle. Get the crowd excited and we open our wallets. I opened my wallet and will never again do that.

Some countries outright ban these kinds of predatory microtransactions. A 0.06% to get the one thing most people want from that loot crate is unacceptable, whale or not. That shit should just be for sale full stop. Just let people buy it. There's NOTHING WRONG with cosmetics being sold. Love your content and I totally understand the rant. I have been playing since a few days after launch and personally loved how fresh the experience was. The game being a mix and match or a mashup of many different game's mechanics really pulled me in. I personally spent most of my hours building bases and enjoying the time sink as there wasn't much to do after what needs to be done. You love farming like Stardew Valley or house building like Sims? Well make the most grand or horrifying farm bases you can think of. You like monster hunting? Well hop on to the Jeep with your friends and unleash your devastation upon poor abominations in Prime War. You enjoy dungeon runs? Well hop into Forsaken Giant or Lea hunting and help fellow friends or server mates along the way. If only they pushed more content which are aimed to retain their playerbase instead of pushing the limits and experimenting with their wallets to find a good spot for their future lootcrate agendas. I did buy cosmetics and also the entire bike lightforge crate as I believed that it was not going to be this frequent of a crate fiesta, and also showing how much I loved the game. But as things stand I have decided to take a step back and find contentment elsewhere for now. As someone has said along the comments, it feels like a game that was solely designed for the primary idea of gacha crates being the star of the show, than a fleshed out roadmap development of the game with a side of gacha crates. Also building bases and looking for inspirations was how I encountered your channel. Hoped to see what you had to say about my base but unfortunately as I'm currently in Asia region's Hard server, server invitations are no longer allowed. Do keep rating bases as I enjoy your humour :D Peaceeeeee

I'm with you here. I have thoroughly enjoyed the few hundred hours I have poured into the game so far. The building and combat is what initially got me hooked but after grinding and grinding just to get new furniture formulas, it has been a disappointment and makes me want to give up. After watching their last live stream about the new event, it left a bad taste in my mouth that they seemed to brush off all the questions about issues in the game and focus on the new paid content. Like you said, these devs need to get their heads out of their butts and focus on what is important to the players that continue to support and fund their game, or it wont last long. Which is a bummer because I had not felt this much excitement for a game in a long time.

They know they cant keep people playing this game forever, so they are minting them hard for money with insane looking skins behind gambling and then all this will be dumped onto mobile.. then mobile folks will be minted for money for a couple months and then this game will be forgotten. & it’s a scam that drops your FPS by 30% or more during full load. They also charge for it, it’s not free. On top of that, it leaves files all over your pc when you uninstall it! The ones that open webviewer, absolutely toast your performance. Click one and open your task manager lmfao. Then wait 15mins and open it again to see it multiplied. Once webviewer has opened even once, you’ve got to reinstall ASAP, or delete the webviewer folder and verify integrity but that didn’t fully work for me everytime. To add to this, I noticed in P5 they started adding pop ups while you’re just running around looting that says “New Scenario Reminder” or some shit and if you press F it forces open a webviewer. The new scenario noti always pops up when I’m out doing things, never when im afk at base lmfao. They do this on purpose. If the game didn’t ask me for admin privileges every single time I open it, I would think differently on this.

None of that is cap, on my life It’s happened to me over 10 times and as an FPS freak who always has it in the top left, I notice everything. Reinstalling makes the game run insanely well, until you open a webviewer or they release a patch. Definitely a super weird encounter in my 20 years of gaming. Sus to say the least.

Have to agree with you on the majority of your points. They are really pissing off a lot of my friends with the loot crates. I bought the first season pass, glass pack, and another furnishing pack. Most of my friends have bought similar amounts of money on cosmetics and battle passes. We are all tired of the greed of this game. If they would just stick to buyable cosmetics and no gambling plus get their act together with the new season plus battle pass coming out together and in a timely manner i think that the game would be in a better place right now.

i think you are right about all of it, i picked up once human as an game while i was waiting for other games (poe2 beta if i get a key and forever winter mostly) an by chance i started to like it, despite the fackt i normaly dont enjoy survival games, and while i havnt done everything in once human, since forever winter early acces was out i didnt think once to check on once human...until i got this video recomendet, anyway lets hope once human becomes more than it is now and better that is^^ until then im with the scavangers rather than the mayflys

Its quite of interesting how they been open before launch and how they actually listen to the community. And now ? Its seems like its falling apart, they dont communicate at all, they release one lightforge fomo after another. Support team isnt there for people, lags and rubberbanding is like a core feature of the game, builds are non balanced for PvE nor PvP. Theres nothing to do other than building bases that copy themselves on daily bases. They literally stated that they have plenty of content ant they will be releasing bunch of scenarios and what did we got ? Hc server thats not HC at all, just the player will be instakilled by nearly everything... Man i love the game i spend a lot of money and hours into it as well in a hope that it will became something more, because the idea is there but we have nothing in return. Its making me really sad to see this. They have the money, they have the resource and they just dont provide... Will see how Season 2 goes but dont get me wrong, in last dev chat they have been asking people to wire their own perspective and their own ideas for new story ... Really ? It seems like this is all they had from begining and now they are slowly drowning into money grab lake full of unhappy playerbase. This will not change unfortunately. Netease did this to a game I used to play. Lifeafter was so bad with the pay to win/pay to look good aspect that i knew of people that would spend over 10000 dollars on the drops and still not get everything in the drops. It was so bad that, new drops every 2 weeks, always so expensive, and just not fun at all. ANd pvp events was so laggy that 90% of their players couldnt even enjoy them. And even thought they would say they was addressing issues with the lag it would never get any better.

i love this game and have over 250 hours. been playing since it came out in july but the amount they charge for ANY cosmetic is insane!! the glass pack is $50 bucks and i just can't see paying that much for GLASS! the outfits are all over priced too at $15 a pop. i always thought the sims were bad at charging for every new pack that comes out but this is way worse! i don't mind paying for stuff here and there to support the game but i can't afford any of these loot crate items. just doing a 10 pull once for $15 got me a sticker for my car... never did it again. then i just get fomo with all my friends. i do love your content by the way and i hope you find another game to do so with if this one dies!

Even though this game gets boring at times I really enjoy it. I’ve spent money on a few things for building bc it’s my favorite part. I don’t care about the lootcrates. Everything is overpriced but that’s with all games. My main issue is the roadmap for long term content. I mean I’m not really into replaying the same things over and over. I see potential in this game but I’m not confident the devs are gonna put what’s needed into it to keep veteran players invested.

Also, not resolving bugs in a timely manner will kill their game quickly. TL;DR: Elemental builds are bugged/broken and Devs haven't said a word. I opted to play Power Surge on a fresh server not knowing that some bosses are an absolute chore because of having to break their body parts or target weak spots only. Power Surge proccing on the actual body of the boss instead of the body part I'm shooting which just returns "Immune" over and over and my puny bullet damage takes forever. Burn damage not doing as much as it should because of server lag. Frost Vortex having a similar problem to Power Surge in that it will not damage the thing I'm shooting. Really took the wind out of my sails when I started farming Silo EX1, Forsaken Giant, or Ravenous Hunter.

As a multiple f2p gacha game player who've seen similar rates to get an SSR, i personally think that this is more costly and expensive than those gacha games. FGO for example had a 0.4% for the SSR(5star) and 0.6% for the SR(4stars) in its early days, they did increase it but the fact that there are multiple SSR and SR units made it a miracle to get the unit you actually want. I wish Once Human stays clear from the gacha mechanics, even if they price that car skin for 150$ that will still be better than gacha...

Dude, as long as there's folks out there who, due to their FOMO (or their gambling problem, in which case they maybe should stay off this game altogether), keep shelling out 600 bucks for a friggin' COSMETIC SKIN, they'll keep doing this. Only way to change this is NOT TO BUY that overpriced stuff. Or, at the very least, stick to a budget and not spend more once that budget's gone just because you didn't get what you wanted within your budget. Of course they're testing what they can get away with - that's how capitalism works (that's why, in the USA, necessary medication like insulin can get so expensive you'll have to decide whether to get insulin or put food on the table). It's up to the playerbase to not let them get away with it.

its kinda worse than a gatcha game tbh. in Genshin Impact, the drop rate is 0.6% for a 5 star character if im not mistaken. in Once Human, its 0.06%. THAT IS 10X WORSE THAN AN ACTUAL GATCHA GAME. Genshin Impact is a free to play game but it also awards players with Primogems which players can obtain from doing quest & commission. you can save up and pull for the characters you want. here, there's no way for you to obtain the gold cosmetics aside from burning money from your wallet. just posting my 2 cents here.

the lootbox reminds me heavily of gacha systems.... just without any of the benefits (no pity as far as i'm aware, horrible drop rates and no way to earn the premium currency ingame, like starchrom for example). all that for JUST COSMETICS is absolutely bonkers. I also bought a 12$ skin to support the game as I thought: "I really like that they kept it not pay to win!". But when i saw the loot crates i lost it, probalby not gonna spend a dime on this game till things change

This is such a flawed analogy it's insane. In gacha games the content requires you to engage with the system to play the game, this does not. Thus there's no pity, no mercy, no free pulls.

COOL CAR AND I LOVE THIS GAME BEYOND WORDS! HOWEVER! they took money grabbing to a ENTIRE diffrent level with this new “draw system” so instead of spending up to $300 now. You get to spend almost double. As much as I love this game it makes me fear that the devs will get even more money hungry after this. They know people will buy it. I’ve had 2 people on my server with the cosmetics already. I don’t care since it’s just cosmetics at the same time. The only thing that worries me is in the future if they start getting into P2W items (which Ik they never said they would) but just at the rate they are going it’s kinda scary

Another point to the "it's f2p it doesn't affect the game" Yes it does. If time was spent on fixing launch day bugs and lagging servers (thank you last update, you made ping steady. Steadily higher), rather than 600$ cosmetics, then more people would consider playing and staying to buy things on the game if it worked!

Over 1000 hours in. What teh actual fuck are you talking about? The entire game is F2P, there is no content pay wall... so you get everything F2P. The only thing you dont have is a car that looks like someone elses, that goes the same speed. The Prismclash is only 19 days long, play it. Some pvp wont kill you... in fact it will build character. Ive never understood "only pve"ers. You guys cut out part of your gaming experience and then bitch about not having anything to do? its scoffable.

The free crates we get from seasonal goals don't give me crap. They are crazy if they think I'll use real money. If the free stuff has ridiculous RNG I know the paid stuff is rigged. Plus the only good gear to farm for is locked behind starchrom and you can only get so much per week before logging on becomes useless. I just wish they added some free cosmetics that looked really cool but were really hard to get. Like soloing Lea having a chance to drop a really nice skin would easily keep people engaged just trying to do that. Can also set it up to where completing Pro silos a certain number of times with a full team would give you cool helmet or something. That would keep people on and teaming up...

This makes me sad because I really enjoy this game. I get the cosmetics for a free game to make money. But the loot crates are out of hand and the pull rates are horrible. I’d rather just buy whatever cosmetics I want outright instead of gambling. They need to focus on improving issues and dropping new playable content.

I don't mind spending a little here and there, but I am in no way shape or form going to spend 300 let alone 600 dollars on a cosmetic. I am having fun in the game, but without any new content asap it will probably die. The friends I've made in game are already bored and logging on less. Once they go, so will I as I play to make friends and have a good time, can care less about damage, cosmetics. I just want to have fun and not be bored.

Cosmetics do affect non purchasers gameplay. Even if you dont purchase the cosmetics you still have to download them which means the game takes up more space on your pc. This also increases load times and the people who cant afford to buy the cosmetics feel that more than anybody else because they also cant afford to have a top tier gaming pc.

I used to think with the new lootcrate that "oh hey there's like some sort of guarantee now?" but then read the actual mechanics and saw how many stuff was in other crystals before someone gets the chance for the car and .... well NetEase just doesn't want to relent ever. I feel bad for the devs, the vision, the design they have for this game was already fun enough as it is, it's just that it looks bad that there's too much to fix in the optimization but as you said, the store part of the game is too aggressive.

and what do you think about the new cosmetics? i mean... there aren't adding something cool for an apocalipsy "zombie" game (i know they are not zombies but still...) they are adding just coloured things. Well i have to admit we have just a few interesting cosmetics like the "Swifting Ranger set" with Mitsuko marks (not paying money thank god), but with the RNG is horrible... i spended +5000 of Mitsuko marks just to get the same stuff again and again. I only obtained the Hat and the Gloves of the set, but nothing else. I think everything (the cosmetic shop and the cosmetic from anual pas) are really expensive.

I have a feeling that some of it may not be the dev's fault. My feeling is that the publisher is pushing them to keep the money coming in to justify the fact that it is a f2p game.

100% agree. 100s of hours in the beta and first Manibus server but stopped logging in the 2nd time around except weekly for purification & prime wars. Love the game overall but the content just isn't there and with how fast they're pushing out these packs and how aggressively they're marketing them all over socials, it's feeling more like the game is just a way to sell loot crates. Which is sad because the devs are clearly passionate from interviews and comments. I'll be back in Oct but if it's just a new zone with a fresh coat of paint and similar content as before I won't be sticking around. Maybe next year they'll have built up enough content if it's still even around by then.

Well i am a very casual gamer and tried this because it was free to play. Spending money is not a problem with me in the game. I don't even like that i basically have to gamble at the wish machine for blueprints parts as i understand it, so i don't spend money. My issue is i suck at 1st person shooter, but like you love the building of the game but also love al the side stories, but i get stuck at the monoliths. Unless you think 50 adrenaline is normal. I not good at maneuvering no fancy setup for control. If I could get by them, there never seems to be anyone else around to help, and complete the levels open the entire map and really play there is a good chance i'd spend some money. Now I get people need more challenge then i do, so not advocating making anything easier, just for me the 1st person shooter is a barrier for my type of gamer. If I enjoyed the game to completion and restarted a new season, I'd almost definitely spend some money to support the game. Which is probably the case you hope for; player likes game, wants game to continue, therefore buys into game, which is not the questionable marketing gambling techniques i believe you speak of Your videos have been wildly entertaining as well as ones like this which are though provoking. One big problem with the game too is that I could be sitting still, not doing anything at all, and then I would go from 150 FPS to 5-10 without any input or anything done on my side. The optimization made me uninstall the game today because it's purely lacking, plus the server lags that make it unplayable (getting killed by enemies that became invincible because of server lag not registering they're dead is a prime example). Over all, a game that will not survive 2024 despite its potential because of bad devs.

After phase 3 when all that opened for the week was just harder silo difficulty. I just focused on maximized into a single resource farm. I chose acid since on PVE servers someone is always asking for it. Also, when farming blueprints you get a decent amount of acid on top of it. I didn't care much for the silo difficulties as most of my server is a handful of people and a bunch of alt accounts. So, finding group play is rough. Now this assumption could be way off, but this has been my experience and how it feels. As well as the few times I did get a group half of us can't spawn our vehicles or get into someone else's in the group. and group play is just not sustainable on these servers. I would shoot my gun, and bullets are taking several seconds to register. I do really enjoy building bases though. I'd say building and the games art style are 100% the peaks to this games experience. I am rather disappointed that so much effort is being wasted on new scenarios. When these ones can't even function smoothly. The rate you level up and unlock the tech tree is well done. Everything in this game is around combat. You want blueprints run around looting and killing the stuff along the way. You want to get better mods for your build, combat. You want to get Starchrom to spin for fragments, combat. You want to gather resources, combat. When every aspect of the game is based on combat and that feature is well below an average experience people will lose interest. I was super excited for this game and after a few hundred hours, I'm realizing I over hyped myself. And this is really unfortunate because I was one of the players for the first 2 phases that was like oh hell yeah this has to be game of the year.

Yes, it's true that this game is starting to get boring, initially I played on the PVP server hoping to be able to do PVP continuously, but instead it became an optional choice, and there were only a few active Warbands/players who actively did PVP, most of the players on my server only played PVE. Then I tried playing on the PVE server because I was curious about the "Prime War" mechanic, now I don't know what to do anymore because I'm stuck on a server that is still in Phase 3. There is no new content to explore, and the server lag is getting worse (especially when doing Prime War and visiting Blackfell) To try the new PVP mode, it seems like I have to wait another 2 weeks/create a new account. That's my opinion. Btw I like your vids man ^^

I hate the "But they have to make money somehow" argument... Like yeah, but they have the BP AND the shop, so all they should do is just get rid of the gotcha boxes and stick with the Shop and BP and spread out cosmetic release evenly, and put to work their coders to fix the more pressing issues in the game and some mechanics... I've not spent anything on those boxes because gambling has no purpose in being a game.

Ive spent a lot of money, ironically for me it was I found a new server to play on and was having lot of fun while still playing main. (The battle pass thing is also like you said weird.) But I went to buy the pack for it and then then $5 sub thing too, then I realized I could not use it on my new character (Not the rewards, the stuff i PAID extra for.) And I moved because of losing friends before starting over etc and then performance.. They made me move ie.. Then rip me off? I don't care if its $500 or $5.. I assumed this was being fixed like everything else.) That was it for me. The smallest thing I paid for just killed it for me lol. I really like the game but the rip offs just been getting worse and worse. As has the roll of out content.. without fixing the major issues.. And if you stayed away from high pop when the transfers opened up because of how they roll it out, you will be forced into one.. and for the 500th time lose your friends too.. Also a lot of us pay for cosmetics and then you still feel wait a min should not some of these things be reachable in game.. or similar too. And of coarse high pop means having the event performance 99% of the time in the rest of the game. And the 500 trucks and the 10000 houses right next to each other far as the eye can see. Oh wait you can not see because nothing loads in and you are driving down a road and face plant into an invisible building. It got worse during the transfer of the hardmode.. Its like forcing you to play on server 00001-01 lol.. and you have no choice, you will miss the content, fall behind or lose your friends once again.

Yeah I have been enjoying the game in spite of the issues its had with rubber banding and prime wars but I'm not sure how long it will keep my interest. No way I'm spending 100 yet alone 600 for a car skin. Another example of content issues is they dropped in a new questline to the frozen area but all you have are talk and fetch quests that take 10 minutes then it says you have to wait... why?!?! just don't release it until your ready instead of that. I got excited for no reason. One other rant is all the weekly timers that for some reason are not synced up its just bonkers trying to figure out when i can do each thing.

People always told me I was stupid when I said the game should lower the costume prices and get rid of the gachas. I feel vindicated now that everyone else is complaining about it. Before Once Human, I thought Nexon had crazy prices on The First Descendant, but now that seems cheap in comparison to these prices. I played the two betas for this game, I love this game, but a lot of their decisions are definitely detrimental to the game's longevity. And as much as I want to support the game, the prices just doesn't justify what we get in return.

I had my experience of gacha mechanics from PSO2 NGS... they have more fair mechanis where your spin duplicates can be sold to non spending players for ingame currency, that way whales were more welcomed there.

Nah I'm there too. It is pissing me off to no end just because I love this game. Over 500 hrs of play time. I don't buy gamble crates because of how hard CODM fixed my gambling problem. I won't start it up again. $20 skins that I buy outright, I am perfectly okay with that. I think what gets me the most is how they could put these loot crate skins in as LEA Lab drops and actually give that dungeon a purpose in the game. But nah $300 on gambling, $600 on gambling. No Starchrom drops or cool skin drops in LEA just a few mods that make it not even worth grinding

The loot boxes don't really bother me but I do wish they'd use a bit of that money on the servers. I can understand lagging when there are a lot of players or bases nearby; that's simply optimization they can work on over time. But when you get random severe lag spikes just running around solo gathering, running a silo, doing whatever and you have to call your bike 3 times and dodge roll just to get it to finally spawn in; it's definitely a huge problem they need to work on. I fee like I lag the most in the early morning when barely anyone else is on and it makes no sense.

Another thing that really grind my gear; Why is it, the first skin(or at least that I am aware of) for a car, is behind a paywall? There is only two skins(I think?) that can be achieved through free play and those are for the motorcycle... Let that one sink in. I really wish that the game devs focused on maintaining the player count, fix their servers(which is just as stable as a newly hip operated granny on stilts) and add more content for us to do, not to wear. I enjoy the PVE side, as it's fun to mess around with friends, help them build and hunt(deviants, animals, blueprints etc.), but I can only be entertained so and so much before I decide; "I had my fun, I paid my meal; Time for me too go." If the patch 1.3, "Winter update", doesn't live up to expectation, I would permantly put down the game and waste my time and money on something else.
