Welcome to the Blue Mouse Knits! Today I'll be walking you through my Glen Echo baby blanket pattern - this is a gorgeous, textured blanket worked from corner to corner instead of bottom to top. This blanket is worked on the bias using garter and twisted rib stitches.

SIZING
Fully customizable - makes any size square.
MATERIALS
YARN - your preferred yarn
Any yarn weight and yarn material will work.
Yardage will vary depending on the size you make.
Sample uses: I Love This Cotton (100% Cotton, 180 yds {165 m}/100g {3.5 oz}) in the colorway Parchment.
NEEDLES
Circular needles in any needle size that works well with your chosen yarn. I recommend circulars with 32" {80 cm} cord lengths.
Sample used a set of US 8 {5 mm} circulars (32" {80 cm} long) with worsted weight yarn.
