Omg, I'm a total beginner and my head is aching trying to follow this...! I managed to make 36 thingies then divide them between the two needles, then knit purl one half and now I don't have the slightest idea how to deal with the ones in the circle.... I don't know if you'll understand where I'm at, but if you do please help me! I want to carry on this project. Thank you!!

You could try to watch the video on a slower speed, so you can see better what is happening on the needles :)

This is called “Magic Loop” knitting and it’s a very common technique people use when knitting smaller items in the round. It basically takes the place of using double pointed needles. I know exactly where you’re having trouble but would highly advise looking up videos that teach this technique versus me trying to explain it here. The videos I think would do a much better job since they can visually show you what to do. I know this comment is like, almost a year old but maybe it’ll help anyone else having trouble. Good luck!
@Jellybeansatdusk2 жыл бұрын
@@izuzuchan agreed! Practice your magic loop a smidge (I make funky leg warmers lol) and come back. Or follow the tutorial until you get the required ribbing done and then you’ll be at the same point the video is at
