So glad to find this video. As for the speed I just stopped the video once she started, after she demonstrated, did the task and continued in the start, stop mood. Great to be able to start and stop. DH

Slow down the speed of your video under your settings, under playback. You can slow it down to half speed...quarter speed...your choice...
