Great movie until somebody, I'm looking at you KZbin, blocked the last 4 seconds of the sound, possibly with music from Singin in the Rain. Really?

A very unusual role for Tim Allen, but certainly one of his better performances. Great movie with Christian winning in the end and getting Portia. Well worth watching over again.

without a doubt, those animals and landscapes were inspired by Heironimous Bosch`s 'Garden of Earthly Delights' and Salvador Dali`s 'Persistence of Memory' and other surrealist artists.The animation is of the highest order. I was totally mesmerized by this film even though the ending seemed kind of 'rushed'.

I guess the French don’t have a better idea of what aliens look like I wish they could make them look prettier instead of weird looking

Oh, I forgot to mention Lis Scott's legs, so fabulous. This is the second film noir I've seen that showcased those gorgeous gams. The first was the stellar, Lives of Martha Ivers.

This was featured today in the TCM lineup. I couldn't stay to see it through. I was delighted to find it here for free. Raymond Burr was a so frightening. His range as an actor was terrific !!

Another great Dick Powell movie. Wow. I really despise Raymond Burr in this movie. He plays the most unlikable man as he plays good guy Perry Mason. Elizabeth Scott is just about the greatest femme fatle.
