Presence is where you give your full awareness to the situation that you are in without allowing your mind to become involved. It is a place of deep curiosity with life and what it is trying to teach you. Time disappears when you are in a true place of presence. So much beauty can be found in the present.

Everything he was saying at 17:40 I so accurate in my experiences. Sometimes I get into bad arguments with my husband, and I’m unable to communicate exactly what I’m thinking because I’m getting tripped up between the past and the “issue” at hand right now. It’s difficult to be present but this gives me some relief… Being in that state of mind is terribly awful.

I am in a 4 year relationship- living together for nearly 2. He is narcissistic and I am about to let him go. He lives with me, I support us and I am the only one on the lease- so he will have to leave. I broke up with him a year ago after finding him for the 3rd time on dating apps- did it in person and he talked me back into staying in the relationship. He is going away for a few days. I am going to pack his stuff up and put them in the garage and call him and tell him it is over. I feel bad, but there are too many things in this relationship that he never felt bad about. When you said something about being present in a relationship- it really hit because he is nearly always on his phone- he feels like since he is there it’s like quality time… thanks for listening.

@@mariopineda3895 thank you. It has been 4 weeks since I let home go and I am so grateful to have that burden lifted. He didn’t take it well, but I had to do it for me.

I have been a listener of your podcast for sometime. Some I enjoyed more than others, but this is definitely, my favorite one so far! ❤ “-When I am blaming somebody , it’s because there is something that I don’t wanna feel. I wanna make how I feel your fault. If I can make it your fault, I don’t have to actually feel my pain…” "- Relationships for most of us are a spiritual practice. It’s where we find most of our growth. It’s that person that is sitting across from us, is a mirror."

18 yrs and so want to be single now just by myself and learn about me and what Jess wants. Always put everyone’s needs before mine and I wanna be selfish now. Is that a bad thing especially being with this man for over a decade and he disrespected me more then once and the trust isn’t there anymore and I’m exhausted. Exhausted bc I also lost myself now I’m mean and not nice anymore (his words) but he fails to understand he changed me into someone I don’t want to be which is why I say just leave, please! This probably will never work out. Oh boy, I can so use that retreat. Lol, lord knows & now I have to deal with heart failure along with pacemaker implanted 😞it’s probably broken heart syndrome 💔who knows. However my life has also been very stressful,I just want peace 🙏 Sorry venting here 😏 Anyways Great show guys ! & Danny I’m so happy I stumbled across your channel.. you are so chill and amazing I get brotherly vibes from you. Haha ❤

This was so helpful and understanding my partner better. I already know he is the one & can feel it in my body but can see his fear of letting me down and getting hurt again. This was great perspective & validation ❤

My growth is probably the opposite. Mine is to be alone Ive had long relationships always been in one a whole 30 yrs of my life. 13 yrs with one & 18yrs now with 2nd relationship im ready to be alone. Is that a bad thing? Especially with my heart decease and enjoy life as my partner is just way to comfortable now and it sucks. Life is so boring need to find my purpose I guess ughhh😢

I think we all go through these phases. It’s like your bored with life. I realised the only thing that’s bored is my mind. 13 and 18 years is a long time! I guess the question could be why now? After 18 years why now? That needing to be alone could very much be, just a need to be present. Only you know the answer because you know what your unconscious triggers are. Become more present, ask the question in your mind and let it go, the answer will come. It’s also a good way to start knowing what your intuition is and what it sounds like and feels like😘

Tbh I have 0 respect for that psychologist. He says that women don't like men who do the dishes or cook in one of his videos, he interviewed notorious woman hater and scammer tate and said that he was a badass and a good person, he is definitivelly not imparcial and has an agenda.

“ Is this your first marriage?” “ Well, I had a prior Hollywood 4 month marriage. So, technically not.” Dude: let’s not avoid responsibility- it’s your second.

You can't have it both ways, gentlemen. You talk about being present and surrendering to a relationship that teaches you growth, then you call Tate "intelligent, a great guy" and you admire his goal to hold power above all things?? That's the opposite of true manhood. I've got whiplash from what I thought was a great interview. Disgusting.
