Well you have to do same, keep applying. Also if you work as a seasonal now you have experience, and you got your id. So, chances of you getting hire permanently for next time is high. Otherwise, we'll know how hard it is to find a good job. Also, while working as a seasonal you can make a good bond with manager which can make a way too.

Well, I got everything done within week. But sometimes it takes 2 3 week too. So, its totally depends on when you get the call after done with the background check. And I wish you get job, we'll do the giveaway to those who didn't get job or really in need🙌
