first thing is to learn how to structure your video and then decide on one solid style of editing and just keep searching on youtube till you find the tutorials you need and FOLLOW THEM and practice more and more

Yes, BUT understand this: You're essentially building a personal brand and people connect with people. So showing a face is (usually) a better strategy. That doesnt mean it cant be done though
