I think this is all great advice, one thing I will say no matter the advice or tactics you use it will still be challenging. My clients have all come from cold-calling strangers and I actually code the sites although I do use GHL for my business as well. You really gotta hang in there keep putting in effort and control your mindset. I am seeing more of these template sites and chatbots in my market so someone is having success most likely with these exact methods. Thanks for the Vid Pavlo!

I see you recommending hosting clients page in own servers but i since SP already hosts it on its own servers there isnt much i can do. Maybe i can offer SEO and Maintenance but since theyre just add-ons not many people wants to go for them since they have to pay for SP subcription as well. Any tips how to make clients feel like they need to pay me monthly instead of just ignoring the SEO+maintenance services i can offer?
