When I tried this version 4, I just can select stainless steel, there is no option for silver or gold. So which material should I select? I want to engrave on silver ring or bangle. Thank you

Can anyone in this community help me figure out why my expensive LP 4 does not cut square? Is this a mirror alignment issue? The machine and materials are level. I’d ask Laser Pecker but they are more concerned with what software I’m using that has nothing at all to do with this problem. Not one solution from them so here’s my shot in the dark before packing this paperweight up and selling.
