How do you launch pizzas with tons of toppings where it becomes heavy? I've had that issue. Only solution was to cook it on the metal peel unfortunately. Once it cooked a bit, then I could remove the peel. I use cornmeal

Check out my video on wood peels. Use a wood peel and lots of corn meal to get started. Then try and do it with semolina. Also, you really can’t overload this style pizza with toppings
