New subscriber here! Thanks for all this information - just a couple of quick questions...is this the same routine AM and PM? I love the Correct Vitamin A but am only using at night - this is ok to use during the day as well? Also I currently make a "cocktail" of Stem Factor, Truth Treatment Vitamin C and biomemetic mist - should I be using Stem factor first or is it ok to mix? HI! Thank you so much for watching! Yes, Correct is formulated with a patented and very special delivery system and can be used in the morning, as well as, at night. I would encourage you to use it both times but its totally ok to leave it in the PM only if you prefer. I would always apply Stemfactor first after cleansing and toning. Usually it is totally ok to cocktail but Stemfactor is the one exception. Please let me know if you have any other questions-I am always here to help!

You can absolutely use day and night, Some use other products one or the other tho. Totally up to you :) you can apply Moisturizer directly after and Spf. No need to wait 💗

Hi Tara!! Absolutely! I would do a little patch test first with the Youth Eye but if your skin tolerates it then that’s a great combo for then lid. If not, definitely continue applying catalyst on the lid :)

Thank you beautiful. This was extremely helpful. I still am getting the product pilled up/goopy and dried along my hairline, though. Especially before I apply sunblock. This is one thing that's not clear .. you just seemed to say that mist was necessary with AC-11 .. not necessarily that the other products needed extra misting to get them to absorb ..

I leave that to personal preference. Some clients prefer to use the mist with OsmosisMD A serums also, while other find that Stemfactor, Rescue and A massage into the skin fine without a mist (usually the drier skin types are the ones that need the mist). Catalyst is an orange brown color so without the mist you cannot get the color to work into the skin.

Hi Janette! The mist is totally customizable. Some prefer to use it with application (cocktail in the hand) or mist before and/or after to massage in. You can’t over mist 💗

Hi Carli! If you didn’t want to use them together I would flip them and use Catalyst PM (the color makes it a better PM product) and Replenish AM (because you want all that antioxidant protection during the day!)

Hi! I’m looking for guidance. I am noticing that after I cleanse and spray with boost , I apply stem factor, then spray again and apply rescue, then spray and catalyst, then boost again with Correct and moisturizer. I’m noticing dome pilling. Am I applying too much mist? I’ve read that a little of each goes a long way.I’ve been trying not to use full pumps of anything. I also try to let each sit for a minute or two before moving on to the next! Please help!

Tracey Y. Hi Tracey! I can’t wait to hear how your skin responds to Ac11 and Osmosis a! You do not need both TNS & Stemfactor - but you can apply just as you would Stemfactor :) I get asked a lot if TNS and Stemfactor are similar so I’ll copy a previous response I have written on KZbin :) I have used both TNS Essential Serum as well as Stemfactor and the first thing I will say is that for many people, the smell alone of TNS is a turn off. After that, what I think sets Stemfactor apart from TNS is that Osmosis utilizes Exosomes which are like protective envelopes that surround each growth factor allowing it to have a longer life, better penetration, and more activation at the receptor site. This is an advanced delivery system that isn't used in other products. Stemfactor and TNS also both use Human Fibroblast Conditioned Media, but Stemfactor goes an extra step further and also has Human Stem Cell Conditioned Media. With that being said, I also find the superior science at an amazing price point with Stemfactor, while TNS is almost doubled. I truly think they are both great products, but I do like Stemfactor over TNS Essential Serum. Stemfactor is a lovely growth-factor and the additional stem cells will help with overall antiaging and tightening.

Hi Leah, I am currently only using the osmosis vitamin A renew, and of course a moisturizer. I’m 63, normally to dry skin, with some wrinkles, and live in a dry climate (colorado). What other product should I consider adding to my regimen from osmosis that would make a noticeable difference?

Filippa Leedham Hi Filippa! Stemfactor and I really recommend a moisturizer with Ceramides such as Cloud Balm from Fitglow Beauty.. you’ll see a huge difference in the hydration of your skin. Drier climates need a product to trap the moisture in :)

Absolutely! I usually recommend a growth factor after 30, rescue after cleansing is perfect . For under 30 I recommend a vitamin C in your am routine, as well as, a light moisturizer and spf 💗

R L since P50 balances the PH of the skin I would use it prior to any treatment products (after cleansing)- and if you have dry skin I wouldn’t use P50 everyday :)

The smell of the Osmosis Rescue reminds me of Ozonated Oil but the smell is more mild and dissipates very quickly.

Right now I cleanse with purify then layer in order - clear mist, catalyst 11, and quench. I find when I put the catalyst that it burns/stings a little, is this normal or do you think I may be allergic? Also, do you recommend only sticking to osmosis line for Skincare routine? I was told it is not good to mix brands. Right now I want to Target reducing scarring from cystic acne, Even skin tone and anti aging (specifically preventing fine lines under my eyes and dark circles), reducing pore size, and also preventing the cystic acne, I'm not sure why but it seems like right when I hit 30 I'm all of a sudden going through puberty lol! I've never really had breakouts before so I'm not sure what it's stemming from and it's only on my cheeks, one side more than the other. Do you recommend any products to add to my Skincare routine?

Depends, some cleansers are PH balanced so you don’t need a toner. If you’re very oily I recommend a toner with the boost mist :)

R L since P50 balances the PH of the skin I would use it prior to any treatment products (after cleansing)- and if you have dry skin I wouldn’t use P50 everyday :)

Ewwww no! We order every 3 weeks so we never have product “just sitting” that is so important to me!! We could buy in bulk to save money but prefer fresh product myself and also prefer it for my clients 💗💗 you are perfect, TGF is a booster so it goes first so it can “boost” every product layered on top! I would not use it with any aggressive acids for this reason 💗

Gem there are so many fantastic GFs that are not from humans. But human GFs are still bioengineered in a lab. I recommend a botanical growth factor or growth factor from snail secretions if you want a non human/ non amimal GF and you’ll still get fantastic results! So happy you love Osmosis too ❤️

Hi Linda! The core 4 protocol from osmosis is all products 2x per day. With that being said, it’s really comes down to the other products you are using (non-Osmosis) and personal preference. Many people only use certain core 4 products 1x a day :)
