Jay, your style of speaking English is highly appreciated, learning English is a long term experience, no doubt, but two things are more important for a non native Speaker such as speaking and writing fluently. In my case I have done my fluency course from native speakers from England but still I think I would need to learn more. Unfortunately, I live in a far flung area in a developing country , there are no such experienced people who cN be made partners in speaking correct English.
