I hav watched over 1000 videos and none of them worked, but yours did. It’s just a really nice moment because I’ve been trying to do this for two years and six months I know that’s a long time but I’ve been really trying to do this and your video really helped out You’re the only reason I can do a backflip.

Everytime I try to backflip I always land on my back no matter what and I jump high enough and I tuck tight enough 🙍🏼‍♀️ and I'm confident to do it back I can't seem to do one
