May be I was from a startup background but had this question always in my head, nevertheless it's totally up to people to ask the questions as they wish . 1. How is the performance measured in such a large scale companies with over 1L+ people working ... Is that rating based? Or a 360 review. 2. As I come from a B2B background , most of the times we get to know/noticed about about any bug/vulnerabilities on the latest feature from the customers/business resources directly. How is that handled in B2C company like Google? Though rigour testing would avoid such things ,but a very small bug affecting few users , how is that processed and monitored. 3. What is the SDLC cycle followed usually ? Sometimes , few teams have scrums , agile , story points etc,, but some doesn't what's in Google and how is it done? Finally , 4. Do you still have imposter syndrome? And how do you handle it...
