Staying angry is exhausting. Joyce learned not to worry or be angry when others did things to hurt her but to focus on herself instead. Amen! I've spent a couple of weeks being sad and exhausted because of the injustice I experienced at work. I couldn't believe those bully co-workers got promoted. And I feel like everyone should know how mean they are. But Joyce is correct. Anger is indeed exhausting.
