I have auto leveling but still bought the old school stick-on bubble levelers to get in the ballpark. Sometimes analog is best.

I'm amazed at how many people don't know there's a 'reconnect' mode if you scroll through the menu. Does the same thing.
@FindUsCamping Жыл бұрын
That is a great feature. Sometimes now the campers sink when you been there awhile especially if the ground is soft. No days they just come down some on their own and the reconnect feature won’t get it to the right spot unfortunately

Did you mean to show chocking the drivers side tires at around the 5:15 point of the video before you had rolled forward to put the Anderson levelers behind the tires then backed up to level the passenger side? Seems to me you should wait until the one side was raised level before chocking the other side.
@FindUsCamping Жыл бұрын
Yes you should definitely be level before chocking the wheels. We were just showing how it was going to be done. Great catch

With that ground appearing soft, I would suggest first placing 2X lumber down, and then place the roll-on wedges on top of the lumber. Same for 2X lumber under the leveler jacks. The buckets will 'cut' into the ground and effectively lose their height. Contingent on how many nights one is staying, if the foregoing is not done, level will be lost and a re-level will become necessary.

Thanks for the comment and yes sometimes it does sink a little. Over a course of a week or so we might have to hit the outlevel agian. It isnt really a huge deal to us we would rather do that than carry extra boards with us. Since we are full time we try to keep an eye on our weight.

I would love to add these to my collection. Unfortunately the front pad is about 11 1/2 inches and the two other legs are octagonal at 9 1/2 inches across the flats. any ideas of what else is out there?

We have been in contact with them. They are in hopes of making some that will fit the new levelers

Is that standard that you level without unhooking first?. 🤔
@FindUsCamping3 жыл бұрын
IF we are really unlevel side to side, we use our Andersen Levelers while still attached. Then we unhook from the truck, pull the truck up far enough that it can't get hit and then we auto level. Hope that helps.

Do you have problems with the buckets breaking? Some other your tubers say they break a lot.
@FindUsCamping3 жыл бұрын
Great question. We have been using them everyday for over 2 years. We have broken 1, but it was our fault. The back jack was too low when we were trying to leave and we had to pull up with it still connected. All it did was broke the rim. We called them and told them exactly what happened and and they sent us a new one with no questions asked. These are on our 19k lb toyauler.
