Hi dear you do the same.mine has a lower heating compartment only but some like yours have both upper rand lower.so you just do the same as you did on the lower one.plz send me a pic so that I can help you.

My oven flame turns off immediately after I release the knob (It needs to be continuously pushed for gas in the beginning), and it's starting to bother me greatly. Does anyone have a good advice? I would even hold the knob for up to 15 seconds, no help

Hi tecla.mine does not have the upper part..but you can light the upper part just the way you light the bottom part.

Girl,u first light the match/fire before putting on the nob/gas.this is to avoid burning coz immediately u on the nob the gas is out while u struggle to light the match!!

The heat at the bottom cooks the food.thse only downside of mine it has no upper heating chambers but orther gas ovens do have.so it only bakes but browning on top is now the problem but all in all it bakes but browns alittle at the top.

The same way friend. Just turn the nob and light using a match stick.but my oven didn't have the upper compartment. But make sure don't light both up n Lower chambers at a go.
