For overheating issues, I’d highly recommend a regular clean of your PC to get out fibres and dust, if you smoke then I advise not smoking around your pc as this will increase the amount of dust that gets clogged in the fans etc. If you download hardware monitor you can monitor the temperatures from the program in real-time. If your cpu is overheating it may need a thermal compound replacement, or your gpu may be causing a cpu bottleneck. If the gpu is overheating then the cpu may be causing a gpu bottleneck, settings are too high or your gpu is dusty

That’s a very low temperature if you’re playing a game. Typical GPU’s will reach temps around 80° while gaming
