Yes, the listing is visible to everyone even for your free listing. As for your second question, I do not have an answer for you, and also I could see it being an up-charge as the one who listed the property.

Hi! Thank you for the video. I want to create a new listing with the same property but different unit number and different photos. But when I click the “add property” it always brings me to the existing one. I cannot create a new listing. I’m trying many times but it’s always ends up into the existing one that is currently listed. How can I create a new listing? Thank you in advance.
