I totally felt this! I'm only 19 and I have also fallen for the that girl trend or hustle culture telling us to always be productive. But honestly it just made me notice how much I tied my self worth to my achievements. I'm glad I found your channel and I can honestly say that I'm glad that I can learn from you and try to focus my 20s on not putting too much pressure on myself and finding joy in who God created me to be as well. As a 22 (going on 23) year old, I have done my fair share of being swallowed down the self-care/self-worth rabbit hole of being 'that girl.' And honestly, I don't remember the last time I wasn't trying to be 'that girl,' which truly is just sad. Yes I was like that House ✅ car ✅ career ✅ but I didn’t adjust my life for a long term Partner to start a family with and marriage by the time I was ready it was too late so now I feel like I’m behind as I want to be married by 40 and have kids now I just say is I want to have a good life and I will get married and have kids I’m not going to put an age on it more if it happens it will happen. it’s hard to enjoy life as I think i should be at this milestone now I’m not moving fast enough 🤦🏽‍♀️ need to step back and look at the bigger picture what is it that I want what makes me happy

I've been trapped in a burnout for like 10 years now.. it sucks. Be careful folks.. And you don't have to be a vegetarian. Just do some days of the week meat-free. A little change is better than nothing.
