What video resolution do you use with OBS? 1080, 720 or 360? Are you using a laptop with a webcam built into the monitor or a desktop with USB 3.0? I have it but it's pretty clunky on my computer which is 8 years old and has a single core processor. That's probably my problem, not enough horses to share the load:

Thank you for that video. Have you tried Belive TV, for its ability to add multiple views and split screens with cohosts? It's no longer free, so there's that for OBS, but it does seem to complement it well.
