Thanks, girl!! That means a lot! DIY's are awesome and the best way to figure out your content is to see what's working best for your audience. How' to's will get you the most momentum at first, but there's no harm in switching it up. See what your audience wants more of by asking them :)

I like that this video is a bit different than a lot of the other KZbin growth videos out there. Your breakdown of the types of channels could prove to be very helpful (Though I'm not sure if my channel really fits into any 100%), and the rest of the tips were very insightful as well. Thank you for this! I started my channel a year ago, and I was so nervous about being on camera. I felt like I had to make everything perfect, so I scripted all my videos and made myself stick to the script exactly, and I had this whole set-up that took forever. But it made me dread doing videos, and it made them feel really uncomfortable to watch!🙈 I just looked so stiff and unnatural. Then I was a guest on someone else's live video, and I was beyond terrified, but I loved how it turned out when I watched it back! There were plenty of times where I was trying to think on my feet and you can see me looking for the right words, but it made it feel so natural and it was just a conversation. Since then I've been writing down the key points I want to make, but nothing more. And I sit down in front of a light and hold my phone. And I love it so much more! I'm myself in the videos, talking like I actually do, and it doesn't feel awkward to watch back!😆 That's something I always wanted to be able to do, but it took seeing what that actually looked like when I watched myself in a recorded conversation. And then taking all the pressure off of myself! 😄 Thank you for all of these tips; I just really loved that one about not forcing perfection!🤗
