GREAT video, Lynz!!!! I use OBS on a Mac as well. Since I'm obsessed with recording everything at the highest quality possible with the most options for repurposing, I use a different approach to getting the bells and whistles on my live audio. Your system seems to be a great option, especially for people who don't have a lot of outboard audio processing "gear" (aka [for those of you in the UK] "kit"). the way Ido this involves a professional camcorder, a multitrack audio recording device (could be a DAW, I suppose) and a mixer with analog audio ins and outs. I do think I'll be adding a socials overlay moving forward, that's pretty slick.

I use xsplit and a USB mixer as I'm using a m50 cannon camera have to use a EOS utility's load down from canon OBS can not use it I can see my self ok sound is ok but it needs some Reverb to lift up the sound make it sound better as I'm singing U2 it sounds ok but reverb needed how any suggestions please thanks

Problem would love to live stream but i do covers im a U2 tribute clubs and pubs when it comes to live streaming i always get blocked like many tribute bands im a singer and a righter but i cant play instruments how do i make the baking tracks any idears for both loved your info i will try loopback

Did not realize there was a USB mixer! I have the audio setup with Blackhole on the MAC, BUT I don't rly have any setup like that on my Windows PC in my studio, which is where I teach. And I was looking exactly into upgrading little by little over there too, so thanks a lot!! ❤
