Thank you. I really think the manual does a poor job of explaining this . It says to load so bobbin run clockwise and thread is hanging toward back of bobbin when placed in case in the diagram.

They replaced my bobbin case and now if I try to suspend it like at 1:05 my bobbin unwinds itself to the floor. :(

There's a little screw on your bobbin case that controls the bobbin tension. Should be able to tighten it up little by little until it stops the thread from unspooling.

@@cherrygingham turned out they sent me a bobbin case MISSING the part you put the thread through. But thank you for your tip, it'll likely help someone else (and maybe me in the future!). :)
