When lowering hand brake is used but when recovery with electric motor how the hand brake does not work? Or how motor work against the hand break (weighted)

The brake is designed to have a directional effect only. Can heave but cannot let go with brake on.

Static is when their is no movement of load. Basically putting the load on the boat and checking while dynamic is putting the load and then checking it through operation.
