He caught it about 100 yards from where I lost a giant and was only fishing there because of what I told him. Maybe I need a live scope to best him. Just bought a Garmin fish finder, but I need a new trolling motor with spot lock first.

Thanks Bill, it really is an awesome unit. It does take a lot of practice to get as good as Josh is at recognizing fish and knowing exactly where they are located in relation to the boat. Also they move a lot, so you have to pay attention to which way they are moving and how deep. Then you must keep your bait above em’!! Even when you do everything correctly, many of em’ will just follow the bait and not bite. Some will even run from it. But it’s a great new way to catch giant bass. Thanks have a super day. This crap takes the fun and talent out of fishing these days any computer nerd can be a pro bass fisherman. It should be illegal in tournaments I watched an entire tournament on bass live where a guy jerked jerk baits into the sides and foul hooked bass after bass and won he never hooked one in the mouth of course not you jimmy we come from the days of the eagle depth finders with a little red light that showed depth and that's it 🤣
