This is the way. With recent iOS update there’s a bug that the phone is making random phone calls, I added this automation to prompt passcode/faceid when phone app is trying to opened. Very helpful

I have been discover this method by myself but one day it didnt work. Until one day i found this video which every step he explain is same as mine . In shortcuts instead of choosing clock you can choose Lock Screen and it will make you use Face ID or password (much easier and no 1 second of life or death)
