Please help me! I have been locked out of my account, here is the quick rundown: I remeber both my username and password, and I have access to the email and phone number that are connected, but I have 2fa set up, and no longer have access to the 2fa app code or the backup codes. I am also not linked on facebook. Can I get my account back? edit: side note I also have no photos of myself on my account so cannot do the face scan verification thing

I can’t log it through the app but I can on a web browser. I know the password and the email account attached does get the emails to reset the password however when I type in the code a notification that doesn’t say anything pops up with the option to press ok which does nothing. My phone number is attached to a different Ig account. I delete the app and redownload it and it still doesn’t work. I factory reset my phone and it still doesn’t work. I even tried at 4am since there are less people on and still no help. I don’t know what to do

Pls help, I entered the username and pwd correctly and even after that it doesn't allows me to log in and constantly leading me to a page that has the only option of email for confirmation code and that email is not even mine. And I can literally even change my pwd whenever I want for many times using my email but I can't access my account using my email 🤷‍♀️

Try reporting the issue through Instagram’s Help Center under 'My account was hacked,' and use the 'Need more help?' link on the login page for more support options. If you can still change your password with your real email, that's a good sign, but you should secure your account ASAP. Contact Instagram support directly for further help. Hi. I tried the first step and instead of the three options I got a black bar pop up from the bottom of my phone that said “we sent a message to get back into your account. Then at the top of my phone I got a code the says Instagram with codes and then says Don’t share it. Is that legit? Not sure. Also I don’t have a Facebook account.

Please help? More than 1 month ago i switched phones and on my new phone it got logged out of Instagram and now cannot log back in. I ve tried everything already but my 2FA codes all do not work. I ve tried to synch the time of google authenticator but i have not got a button in this App that would let me do that. Anyway, i think i ve got the correct time. Hi Trever! I would love some additional advice. Instagram says I have to enter a code from a two-step verification app or the back-up code from two-step verification but I have never enabled two-step verification (and therefore no code or backup code). I do have access to sms and email. Do you have any suggestions how to solve this?

I have access to my email, but not to my old phone number. I cut the line because I moved to a different country. The login link sent to my email also prompts for 2sv, which I cannot get past.
