I think your #1 tip in this video was to remind women to wear a proper fitting bra with the correct support. Ten yrs ago when my daughter was a teen I was successful in getting her to wear the proper bra (and proper panties with slacks, pants). She’s still going to wear a thong with jeans, but with certain outfits she wears the right panties. I don’t know if you’ve covered wearing the correct undergarments/foundation’s with outfits, if not maybe you should. I see too many women who could look better in their clothes if they were wearing at least hip hugger panties instead of lace boy shorts under their slacks 😮

I totally agree with the v-neck tops. I have pretty broad shoulders, so having a more open neckline helps me look more feminine. You give great advice. Some of these are my pet peeves out in public when I’m looking around.

Hi Serena. Love your tips. I am 5'7 115 lb and don't have much for hips. Defining my waist is what I do all the time. I tuck my shirts and sweaters in and wear fitted clothing. Oversized clothes look sloppy to me and loose my shape. I have a long narrow face so V necks make my face longer. But scoop neck balances out my face. Love your videos.

Best video ever Serena. My favorite is about bras. Even the expensive ones don't last long, but I always feel so much better when my d girls are where they are supposed to be and well worth the price of new bras. The other one I notice too, is people wearing big baggy tops even when they are not that large.. I used to buy clothes a size too large. Just recently I bought cute denim joggers from Walmart. I bought a large and too quick tore off the tag. I needed a medium. I an going to get another color in medium . BTW, you look very fit. ♡

Loved this Serena! Especially the first 2 points. I learned the hard way sometime ago when I had to buy a dress for a bday & the theme was 'summer & floral', I could not find anything so I bought this beautiful white off the shoulder dress with bright pink LARGE hibiscus flowers (it was not cheap) I look back at the photos and cringe I looked huge!!! 😬 and I'm not a big girl. Great video Serena. Nice attainable tips that. Are perfect sense. I am guilty at times of slouching. I have arthritis in my spine and I have a hard time getting straightened up in the morning it I am very mindful of it once I limber up I’m standing tall. I’m as average as averages get at 5’4-1/2 and 137 lbs. I watched a video on how to determine if you are short waisted and long leg or visa versa. Turns out I am equal on top as I am on bottom. I have slight curves and and evenly proportioned. When I found out how I am designed so to say I learned better how to dress my body. That would e a great video that you could make. On proportional body types. It’s helped me a big way! Thanks for the informative video .

I have lived by these tips for a few years, and they do make a big difference. My only concern is being sure I’m wearing the correct bra size. Hi Serena, thanks again for the great tips. The one problem I have with almost all bras is that I'm so long from shoulder to bottom of my breast that they all ride up I keep having to pull them down. I keep finding that a V neckline pulls the contours of my face down. on the other hand, a deep round or submarine neckline enhances or does not change my contours. Has anyone else had this experience? In winter I almost wear a turtleneck, which is ideal and doesn't affect my contours. . And in order not to create too large an area, a jacket over it and a chain.
