How would one make an adult size hat? 41 peg round loom/ bulky yarn? Would you use the same size horns and just sew them on or would they need to be bigger

Adult hat - yes 41 peg round loom. Re horns - Perhaps you can add rows in the beginning to make it longer, but I think same size horns would be fine.

Belatrix, I am trying it on a 41 peg loom tomorrow and think it will work if I mark pegs 1, 10, 11, 20, 21, , 31, 32 and 41. I'll also use two strands of #4 yarn and will use the same size horns. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hat and pattern!!!

How many rows for an adult hat and also how far for the horns?

Horns should be fine - maybe add 3 to 5 rows in the beginning. It’s up to your preference. For an adult hat, usually it’s around 7 to 8 inches - again up to your preference. Hope that helps!

The size of the hat is for a child, but the horns can be sewn onto any hat size.
