Great vid, you forgot to mention it gets harder as you reduce fat. I'm currently having 1200 calories to the 0.1gram, 15k steps, 30 mins HISS daily, 130g of protein, and train four times a week And I'm lucky to loose 1% of body weight per week. It gets exhausting!

Yeah fair enough, it definitely gets challenging as time goes on. How long have you been dieting? That sounds like a pretty serious deficit.

@@ColossusFitness Such low calorie intake might completely crush your metabolism and your body is in constant hunger mode. I do not recommend that.

@@ColossusFitness I been going since Jan 23 and have lost 23kg Did have a surgery in-between and gap of 6 months. Recently I hopped to 2200 calories after platueing for 3 weeks, then back to 1200 which seems to be working, overall target is 62kg which is 2.8kg away. I want to be 15% body fat with no belly, but unsure what weight that will be, calculations suggested 62kg but can't see it happening.

Hey guys, this is a random question not exactly related to this video but not sure where else to ask. I don't go on most social media platforms; thus, I do not have an instagram. I tried going on your website but I didn't see like an email listed or contact us form (would be awesome if you added one of those! :) ). I am thinking of gifting coaching sessions for a family member for Christmas. Yes we do and we do have people who do this for family from time to time. Our fall 60 day challenge starts Monday so this is a great time to reach out.
