Stubborn body far question: Dr. Mike, do you have any notable tips on how to reduce fat in your quads? Oddly enough, that (along with love handles) seems to be the area that I keep fat. I know you said that a person needs to lose body fat holistically though, but I wasn't sure if there were any extra tips to have the vastus lateralis/vastus medialis show better. Thank you!!

Thank you for the video Dr. Mike. I am blind and have Renal Failure. My body loves it when I exercise. It is hard when you are blind and I feel silly asking others to assist me to machines in the gym but that is no excuse, I'm going to give this a try. Also, these online calculators are not blind friendly, I use JAWS which is a screen reader and always always always have problems navigating most websites. A coaching session may be in my future. Thanks for the hard-work on the video.

Hi, Doctor Mike show me the diet. The whole video's perfectly said! The only thing I would have added is you don't really need a Pre-workout supplement, a (black) Coffee would do the job. My question's my right oblique looks worse than my left. My love handles on the right seems bigger. Why could that be? Is it bec i'm right handed and on other exercises i'm more dominant on that side

First its impossible to lose love handles in 1 Week , you need miniumum 16 weeks depends on your start point 1) caloric defecit and intermitting fasting 16/8 2)Resistance Training to build muscle to increase metabolism 3)cardio (walking everyday) 4)Sleep and stress 5)Supplementation (Whey Protein creatine preworkout) For better advices,studies and information watch the whole video

Great stuff as usual! 💪 My biggest issue right now is staying asleep (I can usually fall asleep fairly quickly). I give myself a full 9 hours in bed in the hopes of getting 8 hours of sleep. I usually end up waking up and readjusting several times throughout the night and cut into quality sleep by about 1.5 hours. I’ve tried taking a 2nd 10mg dose of melatonin (for about 2 weeks) if I wake up around the halfway point, but that hasn’t seemed to improve much yet. Any tips on improving sleep quality?
