Unfortunately I have all four boxes checked, all under control. I'm in the gym 5 days a week and walk about 70 miles a week. I'm 67, 155 lbs and around 12 BFI.

I'm 61 and drink almost a gallon of water every day and I workout 6 days a week with weights and cardio. My problem is sleep. I haven't slept through the night in decades because of prostate issues the docs can't seem to solve. I also have a desk job and am sitting almost all the time. I eat very healthy but I'm skinny fat because of the sedentary nature of my job.

I LIFT weights 4 times a week. But i do core excercises every day. I alternate crunches and leg raises every other day and side bends everyday. Is that good enough?

Hey Mark I'm 63 I work out four times a week roughly an hour to an hour and a half I sweat pretty good on every workout I try to walk roughly 2 to 4 times a week 45 minutes roughly maybe a little less and do you think that's sufficient I get my heart rate up on a regular basis roughly between 121 and 132 beats a minute when I exercise my cardiovascular but it still seems like I still got just a little bit of belly fat I don't eat a lot of fat foods I eat a lot of good foods. I do treat myself once in awhile with some fatty food. I take supplements protein drinks protein powder exercise my stomach you got any more suggestions I'm all for it thanks

Exactly right. most of the fat from Americans is due to the American diet THAT IS OVERSATURATED PROCESSED SUGARS🍚🍚 AND CARBS🥨🌭🌮🍕🍟🍩🍨🍧🍬🍪 that causes INSULIN RESISTANCE I cut out the processed SUGARS and I do a 18-6 Intermittent Fasting plan.,..LOOK MA...NO FAT💪 😁😁

yeah I agree. or at least make a calorie deficit, walk that 10-12,000 steps a day, and skip a meal regularly.

63 5'10 170. Been working out with weights for years. But I let my abs go and I kept eating heavy ice cream, pies, cookies, cakes. Probably over 1200 calories extra a day of garbage. 8 months ago I gave up that garbage and started hitting the abs . Lost 35 pounds in 8 months. Love handles gone ,fat in my chest is gone. I didn't eat potatoes or rice for years and now I do . The secret is don't use butter or a bunch of stuff on them.
