If you really want to lube switches fast just watch speed and you half the time

These are some great tips, man! IMO, I agree about what you said (that you don’t have to lube *every* part of a switch). Although, I do think it depends on the switch. For example, I found Durock POMS to be really smooth, and if I lubed the stem like normally would, they felt sluggish. So I didn’t lube the stems. But, for a scratchier switch (like MX Black Hyperglides) I lubed every part of it, as it was pretty scratchy stock. Anyways, great video and keep up the content!

1.Crack all switches open(Gateron nutcracker is fastest) 2.when opening keep the top and stem together standing upright. 3. Lube the base only(rails and back of leaf and front if linear) all of them then put in a container ff you are worried about dust. 4. Jar lube springs(less messy than a bag) 5. Assemble switches, grab spring with right angle tweezers, set on base, grab the stem/top combo and snap together No reason to lube the stems if the contact points on the base are lubed. Also avoid lubing the outside of the pole guide as you risk a sluggish spring return

4:59 usually if the upstroke on my switch sounds loud/poppy ill lube the top housing but other than that I dont

biggest time saving tip use a wider flat brush the width of a stem or so is perfect.

No need to pick up the stems. I suggest a lubing station with places to put the stems, and then lube them in place like the bottom housings. As a fellow fat-fingered human, it's a lot easier. Then you can reassemble them all in assembly-line fashion: film them, put all the springs on, put all the stems on, put all the top housings on.
