Excellent. So much info in 16 minutes. Thanks for providing this. Just got to keep working on myself to help my horses.

This explanation was really helpful! My three year old always stops or turns away from me. I think this weekend we will go back to square one, relearn how to yield and then go back out on the circle and see how that helps!

That was a very informative video. I liked that you used the lead rope as much as possible and very little of the stick. Going to try these tips with my walkers. 😊

Great info in this video! I liked the part about backing them up after a quick hq yield.

Thanks for a great summary of your yields that are used for the lung, can you comment on the head height, does it gradually come down as you improve with the different yields?
@_thenaturalhorseman8 ай бұрын
That’s absolutely how it works. As the message starts to get to the feet, the head starts coming down.

I love this video!! It's taken me so far with my horse on the lunge line and under saddle! The only problem I have with him is he has never had a good ride with a bit in his mouth as with his previous riders, he was ridden with a bitless bridle. Is there anything I can do to get him comfortable with a bit?
@_thenaturalhorseman7 ай бұрын
I have a new video coming soon that should help a lot with your bit issues!

Do you have any gaited horse videos?

Not that I recall, but next time I have a haired horse come in I’ll be sure to get some videos. Thanks for the recommendation!!
