I would like to make a 1m long belt, using this pattern. Could you tell me how long should I cut my cords?

I usually always use a 3-ply, 3 mm cord. It’s great for detailed macrame but not as nice for fringe (kinda crimped-looking).

Lengths of cords?

None of your videos have cord lengths . Adding this would be very useful Thankyou :)

Make one repeat of the pattern in your cord of choice and measure how much you used to estimate how much you need to use for your application of the design idea. Your cord thickness, how tight or loose you tie your knots, and your finished design length are all variables I cannot predict and which have an impact on length estimates. You can, however, make this estimation quite accurately yourself (for any pattern) using just scrap lengths of cord left over from other projects.

Love this pattern! If you were to make this into a belt, would it be possible to attach a buckle? And if so, how would one go about it?
