Very cool! That's some precise drilling! I sometimes have trouble making sure that storm bolter holes are even, much less making and close calls like this! :P

Thanks, I end up doing most of it by hand using a small bit and work my way up to the bigger ones. Once it is well seated, I sometimes then use a small hand drill. I have torn out my fair share of bolters, that it for sure :)

Super late but here you go. Arms in torso are 1/4" x 1/16" (6.4mm x 1.6mm) Weapons are 3/16" x 1/16" (4.8mm x 1.6mm) Head was 3/16" x 1/16" (4.8mm x 1.6mm)
