Hi, I hope you can help me. I am currently making stationary for my nephews wedding and when I go to run the mail merge it puts the same name into each invitation. I have followed your instructions bur it is still happening. Do you need to keep a frame around the document. Also how do you put in the crop marks for printing. regards - Christine Thompson

Yes, as long as you have finished the mail merge correctly, it would automatically print all names out individually from any printer.
