I personally feel ritual helps a lot. Ma panii khutta dhunchuu sadhaiii. Love the chimeki uncle. Relatable in so many ways.

Lucid Dream chaii khass. First ma hamro two types of sleep huncha REM and Non-REM bhanne. REM sleep ma hamle sapana dekh6au ra hamro body le hamle sapana ma dekheko chij act out nagaram bhanera, fully body laii paralyze gardeko huncha. Some people become partially awake during REM sleep, yeslai Sleep Paralysis (aithan) bhancha. Yo partially awake state ma koi koi manche harule chaii dreams laii control garna sak6an "Lucid" hunchan re. This is Lucid Dreaming. :) Summary "You know that you are dreaming and can control the aspects of that dream to some extent. Aithan laii afule control gareko" . :)

"Sleep paralysis" bhancha medically "aithan" laii. Hamro nindra ko stages hunchan REM sleep ra Non-REM sleep. Yo aithan chaiii hamro body le REM sleep ma huda, kaile kai biujhine bhayera hune ho. Lamo time samma sleep altered chha, inadequate chha, dheraiii dhila eg: 3AM 4AM tira sutna jane garyo bhane yesto huncha. Sleep hygiene try garnuss paila nabhaye sleep specialist haru hununcha Nepal bhari naii. Bro ..dnt take personally hai but mero matra query navayera maele lay term ma vanya ho ...yesari jo 3am 4am vanna mildaina ni koi night duty ma huna saknu hunxa koi k ...tara sabai ma problem hunna ..specially mero family ko male gender ma xa yesto ...k he galti vaye maaf paam ..never mind ..

Familial bhako well described chaina khasaiii so, ma ekpalta khojera patta lagau6u. :) Sleep specialist haruu hununcha KTM ma chaiii... Biratnagar ma I'm not sure. Ekpalta dekhaunu na haii.
