Just bought this and once I figured out that the “in unit” coffee bean grinder will NOT work unless you use dry as a bone whole coffee beans... NOW I LOVE it!!! Again, grinder will jam at the first sight of an oily or flavored bean.

Weekly cleaning of the brew group before or after degreasing? I have no clue what "procedue" means (At 2:20)

Hi! Great question. That would be after you have done the degreasing process, this helps to ensure that the machine is properly ready for use directly after. After switch on my machine, its automatically dispense "Espresso" without me pushing any button. Once finish dispensing, its show "/" (tick symbol) and "MEMO". I assumed the machine has been set with the "memory". What should I do to erase/reset this "memory"?

Bought one recently but returning it, one, because it is not ringing the coffee sprout properly. It says its rinsing but no water is coming out and the coffee tastes funky if you don't do a manual rinse. (But Philips has agreed this is an error). Two, the water coming out of the milk frother, very annoying, and it gets messy first having another cup to capture the water. Then the milk frother is just so much more complicated than in one earlier (European) model. That one was geniusly simple and so much easier to clean. So no.

The black handle on my water carafe broke and I bought a replacement handle. How do I get the handle off? Having troubles.
