hi how I can replace damaged lock on battery, someone tries to still my battery but only damaged front outside part of the lock and make key hole bigger and look bad and is not protected from water anymore I guess. How to replace this part
@Perfect10music3 жыл бұрын
I actually want this bike. But after looking into it a bit more, it seems once you recieved the bike, its gonna be a struggle if you break any parts and needs customer service which kinda sucks.
@valdrag9092 жыл бұрын
Actually, I own an S2. My motor had some real issues and I sent it back under warranty and they sent me a nice new V3 motor. The customer service was excellent, maybe the best I've had in a real long time. They would get back to you in around 1 working day or less. Very impressed.
@nayf76822 жыл бұрын
You are right to worry! They're great bikes and fun to ride but once it's yours you are pretty much on your own! My first issue came about a year after buying one I emailed thier customer service and it took about a week or so to hear back. And all they said was take it to the store you bought it from, which is a City a fair way away meaning logistically it was going to be easier and cheaper for me to find a local business that can fix electric bikes. Now about four months on from that I've got another issue!

With the ZX you really don't want to be pedalling without the battery! Only one gear and a heavy bike equals a real pain! And now I'm currently on my second battery malfunction and I receive no help whatsoever from Super73. They really are amazing bikes but customer service and support is pretty much non existent!

My charger gets pretty hot is this normal?
@SUPER73Europe2 жыл бұрын
This is normal :) The charger will automatically turn off when your battery is fully charged. It's always best to keep the charger on the floor or not placed on top of something while charging.

They say 6 to 8 hrs first charge, is that right? Or once it’s green even if it took like 3-4 hrs? Please let me know 🙏🏻
@patrickparamore30313 жыл бұрын
Is it normal for the battery to only charge up to a maximum of 98% ? Since day 1 it has never reached 100%. Is that an issue with the 2a charger or battery, or is that just normal?

For some odd reason, I started having the same issue. I found a quick solution for it. People usually charge their batteries off their bikes for convenience. The cell batteries forgets that it needs to charge to %100 smh The way to reset the batteries cells is to charge the batteries while is on the bike not off the bike. You don't have to do it all the time. Just when the batteries forget to charge all the way up to %100
@patrickparamore30313 жыл бұрын

Hi there I have s2 and I was riding today and the battery just went off at 24% I was shocked and it went straight to 0% so i had to carry it and then as soon as I got home I started charging it. Now it’s charging properly. But my main concern is that once the battery goes off, it will shorten the battery life which I am worried about. It just went off once. Do u have any advices that I can refer to ? I usually charge it up to 80% but after watching your video i will make sure to charge them fully after even the small rides.

@SUPER73Europe2 жыл бұрын
Ideally you'll want to keep the battery topped up or around 80% everyday.
@Neemzz2 жыл бұрын
I thought lithium batteries shouldn’t be charged to 100% on a regular basis? What I’ve always read is to always keep your charge between 20-80% and only charge to 100% when you really need IE for long rides
@SUPER73Europe2 жыл бұрын
Hey Nima! There is no harm in topping up your battery to 100% especially for everyday commuters. What you absolutely want to avoid is keeping your battery stored for a long period of time at 100% or below 20%, this will almost certainly degrade the battery.
