thanks for the maintenance tips, i will check that plug right away! I made a cleaning video recently so its good to know I used the right product and brushes⚡️ Tire pressure was the best, 2 bar is good, def not 7 bar😅!!!

When you said to use a wet lube for rainy conditions and and dry one for dry conditions is it alright to apply both or is there something that can help for both and also what kind of lube do y’all use for the bike

This definitly helps! Is it better to take the battery of the bike for cleaning ? How shall the controller under the seat be protected ? Thanks!

Taking the battery off is not necessary, however if you do decide to remove the battery during cleaning we recommend you cover the mount with a plastic bag to stop water from coming into contact with the connector pins.🙌

I'm confused, I thought waterless wash doesn't need rinsing, yet in the video you do exactly that. Does it mean I can use a regular muc-off wash on my bike? Also what kind of spray bottle do you use for rinsing? ))

Correct, waterless wash does not require you to rinse it off. In the video a mix of Muc-Off fast action bike cleaner ( muc-off.com/collections/bicycle-cleaning/products/nano-tech-bike-cleaner ) and water is used initially, then water is used to rinse it off. The spray bottle used is Dr. Wack - F100 Drucksprüher 925 ml.

Hey! Charging the battery is super easy, just follow these steps. First plug the charger into the wall, second plug the charging cord into the slot in the battery, and finally turn your battery on. It really depends on how much you use your bike. But a good rule of thumb is to clean your bike once a week and do a maintenance check once a month to make sure everything is running smooth :)⚡

Washing the bike this way won't void your warranty. As mentioned in the video never use a pressure washer as this can damage the bike and end up voiding the warranty.
