I have plenty of clients and getting in quite of bit of interviews.The candidates are well qualified but the hiring managers are always giving me some lame excuse of why my candidate was not hired. It seems like, if they do not have to pay you, they will not, we are the very very last resort for them to pay us. They basically use their internal recruiting first. They will take the less experience candidate from the internal recruiting before they pay us for the experienced candidate. This is for the healthcare sector. This is definitely the pattern, I am seeing.
