I was a recruiter a few years back, I always wanted to get back into it. Now is a perfect time for me. I have a huge database of contacts in Tech, Finance, RE and Banking. I am even starting with 3 amazing clients. A Senior Director of Data Data Engineering / A Senior Manager of Data Engineering and an accountant with an MBA working on their CPA. Both the Manager and the Director should be between 250-300K placement, what % do you think I should start with? Interesting, I am also in Tampa. I will have an endless stream of these clients, I just do not have the relationships with the companies. That will be the hard part for me I guess. So many scams out there. Your video's are very helpful. Thank you.

@@recruitemy Well I did what you said not do and started a website. I tried funneling candidates through it and used sales nav to send mass email and never got a single success. A few messages saying they werent interested 😣 or not currently looking.

This guy is a FRAUD! I have been recruiting Telecom since 1996. I actually spoke with this guy myself about his "Free Training" message that he sent me and he wanted me to charge TEN THOUSAND U.S on my credit card the first Zoom call. Once I told him I did not have the money immediately but was definitely interested in getting his coaching and asked if we could work on a payment plan he pulled the plug on the meeting and told me to contact him once I had the money "In Hand" Who the HELL has $10K laying around just to start something? Throwing around those kind of numbers it is clear he makes most his money off his "training" and NOT actually making placements.
