Why does nobody explain what each of the pieces involved in the project actually bloody do - When did videos without an explanation become so commonplace on youtube? I understand WHAT IS INSIDE A SOLDERING IRON AND 15 VIDEOS HAVE EXPLAINED IT TO ME. What's the GRAPHITE FOR in pencil versions, what width of copper is optimal, where can you even find nichrome? What is the nichrome for? ARE THERE ALTERNATIVES TO GRAPHITE, COPPER & NICROME? I CAN NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT HOW / WHY these three types of metal cause so much heat?
