oh wow! i didnt know mae jemison was a choreographer! and its so true that rihanna really did explore so many facets of her life. i loved the point about travel/new experiences because we can get so boxed in with our own world view! even me being american and watching you as a london youtuber is outside of my scope! its also mind blowing how just 1/1.5 hours a day equates to almost 42 hours a month to something creative!! one of my fall goals was to start making sleep my number 1, and i was so surprised that my physical activity, work productivity, and creativity went up naturally and the only thing i changed was sleep!! also, one of these days maybe a hair/appearance vid would be great! im also a black woman and your hair is AMAZING!!

This is great inspiration, I often pidgeon hole myself into my career. I graduated medical school 2 years ago and suddenly felt like I had to hide all other interests in order to be professional. This video helped me feel better about also having a KZbin channel, working on a personal finance podcast and designing clothes for myself for fun.
