I recently made a print newspaper subscription for Saturday and Sunday. It is amazing. Now I sit down two to three times a week and spend an hour to catch up with the broad news without falling into a rabbit hole. The best thing about printed newspapers is that there are no pictures and videos that can disturb you way more than the text.

2024 was all about implementation. I created my course teaching others how to heal themselves with the blood type diet like I healed myself (I’m Type O) and it’s almost done 🎉. I’ve had to limit social media and KZbin to a few minutes at a time or for brain breaks. Also I’ve grown fatigued with entrepreneurial content over the years, so 2024 consisted of MASS IMPLEMENTATION. The topics I consumed in 2024 were about spirituality, fashion, and vlogs. I rebuilt my wardrobe from The Goodwill thrift store with natural fabrics and quality pieces (having a similar issue as you are with Zara but at the Goodwill). This year I plan to look and dress beautifully by planning ahead in my night time and morning routines (prepping my hair, picking out my clothes, etc. I love beef tallow too!) daily supplementation and weekly meal prepping (not much to plan since I only eat meat and veggies), initiating fun, keeping work at work, more implementation and nurturing my audience for biz growth. 2025 is already amazing!

Hello Adama ! ( excuse myself if my english is bad it's not my mothertongue lol ) This video resonnates in me ! 1st thing ,2025 is a year i want to start correctly by creating habits ! I have no consistent routine beside work, i just woke up and do whatever it's on my mind , i don't be like at 10am i've got to do this , then 11 that, not at all, and i want to fix that ! Yesterday stay up late, i set up my alarm early because i wanted to have a productive day, my alarm didn't work so i woke up around 3pm!! I felt so so miserable as soon as i saw the clock because my day was ruined. I never ever want to have this feeling again, i'm not working now because my contract is done , but i want to use my time counsciously by creating small habits in order to become better, improves my skills, body , health ! your video motivate me a lot :) 2/ You're so real about not listening news anymore ! It may sounds selfish and disconnected but we're just filled with negativity ! Radio , tv news , always talking about violence, aggressions, promoting racist people, making fun of my religion, wars wars wars , i'm tired ! We're like sponges and we keep listening this chaos...a chaos i'm not involved with ! The aim of government is to install a bad climate so they can play and manipulate people viaa the medias, so everything becomes suspicious. I'm not a sheep I'm aware this world is not perfect but life can be beautiful too ! I'm an optimist person and media is poison to me, and i don't even want ton talk about the fake news they share lol. 3/ Sopping with intention yes ! I no longer shop without it , if i don't need it , i 'm not bying it ! i was thinking about being a fashion content creator lol , but all they do is buying new clothes and overconsuming just to follow up trends

Being versatile does have some limits, I sometimes wander too long on things that might be in grasp, and I have not started with the very simple day-to-day things, So I'm going out of the way for something that has set in mind (ideal) after this I get back on track again. Haha, Girl. Today we have so much to choose from in a rapid worldwide forensic there may not be enough time in a day to enjoy it all, Being organized and having a good routine is the key. Hey! I honestly use organic grass fed beef tallow that you can get from Grocery stores or farm shops if you live by one! Because it is just beef fat theres no really fancy brand although some online shops will whip the tallow so its more like a consistency you expect from a cream. Just make sure its as close to organic and grass fed as possible with no additives! ❤️

Definitely would help & say mindset and internal work is 1st. 2nd, What do you enjoy doing? Or what are you good at that comes difficult to others?
@AdamaLornaАй бұрын
Trading (assuming you're talking about day trading) isn't necessarily what I'd suggest for building financial stability at 19/20. Realistically, you'll need to develop a set of high income skills either in a job or freelancing. Gaining an understanding of business, the markets, and customers if your interest is in business. It'll also allow you to start making money that you can save and invest in tools, equipment and education. Going straight into business without these can be challenging (although not impossible). I agree with Golden Impact- brainstorming an answer to those two questions- What do you enjoy doing? Or what are you good at that comes difficult to others?- can be a great place to start. It's hard to suggest something more specific without knowing more about you though. Also, you're young- don't be too harsh on yourself or rush things. Explore your option. I would suggest watching the podcast episode I recorded with Deya on my channel around freelancing. She took an alternative route and shared valuable insights 🤎

As someone who studied geography, how are you reconciling using AI with the environmental impacts of it's use?
@AdamaLorna29 күн бұрын
It's a fair point. I believe that use of new technologies, like all things are a series of tradeoffs- especially in their infancy. However, for the purposes of profit and longevity it's in the interest of the AI community to improve efficiency. I won't pretend it's not a concern or something we have to think about but I think it's important to place new technologies in the context of technological progress. Many of the tech we enjoy today also went through highly inefficient periods. I do believe, like most technology it will trend towards higher efficiency out of necessity. Otherwise it will cannibalise itself or have to switch to model where less people use it by force. As mentioned in another comment, there is an impact from all our use of technology, the batteries that power our phones and computers have both environmental and social ramifications that we have to confront. But everyday we all make a decision that we will accept those tradeoffs (at least in the moment) because of the payoff or upside of the tech. We all do it everyday but we should all be more proactive in moving towards sustainability across the board. People often forget that sustainability is a three point aspiration- thats social, economic AND environmental. Not just one. If there is a technology that can net improve our social and economic standing (which i guess is a wider debate around AI) then we should move to improve it's efficiency and reduce it's environmental impact not ignore or reject the technology all together. It's a complex discussion for sure.

It’s actually one of the simpler methods. Each morning you write 3 pages. You don’t use prompts or try to do anything other than write what comes to mind no matter how small or big. The idea is to free your mind up to think about other things. It’s from the book The Artists Way ☺️

@AdamaLornaАй бұрын
I suppose you don’t use Google either for fear of becoming brainless and lazy? I promote critical thinking and use of tools. AI has its draw backs like all technologies and tools. However, you’re entitled to your opinion. Thanks for the feedback.
@hollybabyyyАй бұрын
@ simply typing in a question or looking for clothes online or typing in a location for google maps isnt quite the same as having ai write ur essay or email is it now. You cant promote critical thinking skills and then say you support people using ai and suggest your audience use a robot to do the thinking for them
@AdamaLornaАй бұрын
@ I could make points about how our use of Google to answer questions and resolve problems could make us lazy and stunt growth but when used correctly it’s a tool that gives us access to volumes of information and data our brains can’t store and we get to decide what we accept and use and what we disregards. The tractor could make us lazy because instead of working the fields we invented technology to take away some of the manual work and redirected our efforts. This is not a new argument nor is it a new fear. Some level of scepticism around new technologies is normal and should be there but if we write off every technology for fear of it making us brainless and/or lazy I fear we may stunt our own species.
