in this video safety not included , i don't recommended to copy this video, capacitors and transformer should not be close to each other , because this cloud lead to heat up and explode

For laptop charging it need almost 5A current and your power supply is just 2 amp of 12v. And then you put step up module which works only on 1A out put plz dont mind it but you need to solve these issues
